DAVID ROOFING

We got 3 estimates, with David Roofing's quote landing in the middle. As he was recommended by a respected friend, who has worked with David before, I gave him the contract. The work was great, from start to finish. There were no incidents with the tear off and disposal of the old roofing. That was a relief as the house has a number of vulnerable vintage aspects. David explained my estimate and detailed where possible changes could occur. When I asked what the worst case scenario in price would be, he gave it consideration, presented options and gave realistic prices. We did not get the worst case scenario, but the building inspector did require vent upgrades, and some plywood needed replacing. I was happy that David had prepared me. A very personable man, David was always available for the many questions I had, and he did a final check-in/consult when he presented my bill. This was a retirement investment home and I was working with a number of contractors, all new to me. David was the easiest and most informative to deal with. The house and garage roofs are so complimentary to the house. I am very pleased with the work and would absolutely not hesitate to work again with David and I obviously recommend him.
