Chrysalis Painting

I reached out to three local Sonoma County Painting companies to get evaluation and estimates. While the eventual bids were fairly close in cost, I found that when Mr. Reese really walked me around the house explaining what was needed to prep the house for painting. He walked me through the different prep needed for the eves, the shutters, window trimmings as well as the door jams and the doors and of course the lower and upper sides of the house. He answered my questions fully. Prep, Prep Prep was the key differentiator. He also asked me about color I had in mind plus the best brand of paint. I chose Chrysalis. The project and his team were extraordinary and the results were excellent. Many neighbors stopped by during the painting and after and I was pleased to make a number of refernces.

He does good preparation. He is very tidy and protects the house with plastic sheeting wherever needed. He is very knowledgeable about the paint and what is best to use. He is just a great painter. You get what you pay for. I went with him because of his knowledge about plaster and I had lots of cracks all over the house, and he fixed everything. He is not a cheap painter, but it's a fair price for the work. Everything is perfect.
