Rapid Plumbing

Description of Work: I had a problem with my toilet's and thought it was a miner issue, but when Rapid Plumbing came out they where real honest about problems that could be happening and started out with the least exspensive solution. Well the least exspensive didn't solve the problem and yeah i spent way more then i could of ever thought of, but the problem is fixed and it was done in a very profestional way. I especialy liked there responce time and how i was able to get a couple of unanswered question from there manager I do beleive they call him Brian there not like other companies when you call to speak to a manger they never get back to you and Brian did. all and all i wasn't very happy about spending all that money but i know it was money well spent.

Description of Work: Replaced Delta Faucet unit that I purchased from Home Depot with Price Phister unit which went bad. Response was good, service person, "Rovel", was courteous. $150.00 for faucet replacement (approximately an hour) seemed a little high, but you're dealing with a franchise operation and you're going to pay a little more than a private contractor. For what I needed done, and in a timely manner, I was satisfied with the service and I would recommend them. Did notice that different franchises of same company had A's to F's. I would give this franchise, out of Perris and "A" for service.
