The first person to respond was Jorge Ramirez from Ramirez Electrical Co. LLC. After explaining my issue, Jorge quickly and thoroughly inspected the electrical panel, checking each circuit with his meter. He diagnosed the problem as a burned-out main circuit breaker, something I wouldn’t have known without his expertise. Thanks to his quick and precise diagnosis, I was able to resolve the issue efficiently. I highly recommend Jorge and his company for anyone in need of electrical services. Customer service was excellent. They sent someone to provide a quote in person the next day. Outdoor ceiling fans and indoor custome lighting was installed within a week. Installation was done well and looks esthetically pleasing. The technician walked me through what was completed before leaving.
