Office manager Kathy is very personable and helpful, the handymen Wayne and Roger were very punctual, always showed up on time, checked with us every step of the way to make sure we were in agreement with paint colors, etc. for our bathroom remodel. We will hire them again for our next project, and highly recommend them.

The minimumof 2 hours is unfair for a simple job that take less than 30 minutes to complete. I think charges should be based on the complexity of the work so people like me do not feel exploited.

The Technician's name was Wayne. He was a friendly, no nonsense, individual. He explained what he was going to do, did it, then took me outside to see the results. We exchanged a few pleasantries. I was very impressed and COMPLETELY SATISFIED with his work. I complete recommend Perkins and Sons and will definitely keep their number in my files.

The work was quality work. They were pleasant, and on time. We were quoted a sum, which differed from the actual hourly price. This was our mistake, as we did not request a written estimate. We were also charged a 99.00 trip fee, and charged during their lunch time. The job was not complete, as they stated they ran out of material, which we were not made aware of until we questioned the next day. Measuring, we should of had 4-5 feet of material left, which they only needed two 9-10 inch pieces to finish. The unfinished job was upstairs, so we didn't realize until they were gone, again our mistake for not inspecting. There was absolutely no scrap of the new material left, not even in the trash? Bottom line, they do nice work, but if you don't have a lot of extra cash lying around, get something in writing before. Now we are having to finish the work on our own, which due to physical limitations is difficult for us. This is why we hired someone in the first place.

We have been looking for a handyman for a few odd jobs around our home, called a few, most were too busy, too far, etc. Signed up with Home Advisor they suggested Perkins and Sons. Within 10 minutes Kathy was contacting us on the phone asking a few questions about the projects we had, said could come out on Friday between 9 and 9:30. Wayne was here at 9 am sharp. All of our projects done, he checked with us on everything he did to be sure we were happy. Will definitely use again!! Thank you

Very pleased with the service I received from Perkins & Sons. It was the son who came out to do a tear down on the roof, he worked in a timely matter and got the job done. A pleasure to do business with, I will definitely be calling on them again.

Two handymen arrived ready to work. They supplied their own tools. They were pleasant and easy to have around. They were willing to do anything asked of them. They made very helpful suggestions. They purchased any of the materials they would be needing, i.e. I didn't have to go all over town locating such things as hinges, screws, chain, planting mix, etc. They needed very little overseeing from me. They were quick to finish assignments. Cleanup was thorough. The only reason I rated them 4 1/2 instead of a solid 5 is that I have called twice to reschedule and have not as yet received a return call. I hope to hire them again and they will be a goto source for handyman help in the future. I do highly recommend Perkins and Sons.
