Naturescape Pools, Inc.

I contracted with Dave Salem / Naturescape Pools to build my pool and backyard landscaping in 2007. Work was completed in 2008, and since that time I've experienced various problems related to the quality of their work. My pool autofill piping began to leak in 2012, causing water to puddle on our patio. The natural gas fire pit that Naturescape built has cracked as in no longer operable as it leaks gas and thus burns on the outside of the enclosure. Recently I noticed that my pool water level is dropping about 1" per day, and I discovered that the tile around the skimmer inlet is pulling away from the concrete. This, along with the mortar cracking, is allowing the pool water to leak into the ground around the pool and under the foundation of our home. David Salem has been made aware of all of these issues on several occasions and has yet to respond with any actual repairs. His lifetime pool warranty is non existent and I would recommend that anyone wanting a quality pool with an actual warranty hire someone else.

The excavation was smooth and very fast. David and his crew built the pool per our design. The design was complex but David managed to build it to our specifications. The pool included a custom jacuzzi and pool slide with glass tiles, pebble tech finish along with water fall features. The job required quite bit of masonry work. The cabana was built on 20 ft x 20ft foundation. Within the cabana, David's team built the cut-outs for a tv, fireplace, Italian wood burning pizza oven, sink, full size oven/stove, warming tray, ice maker, and beer tap. In addition, David was able to obtain some beautiful Palm trees for our backyard. Overall, David's team was very professional and courteous. The project did not finish on time, but some of the delay was due to Mother Nature, NatureScape and our part. At the end of the day, we are truly happy with our pool, cabana and landscape. I highly recommend naturescape pool to any customer.

They're in the process of doing job and they've been quick and easy. Their price was competitive. They've did all the paper work for us like the permits They drew out a plan for HOA that made it very easy to be approved. They have ton of customers that made the type of pool that we were looking for.
