Customers beware! Esmeralda is completely unprofessional. She wasted my time by scheduling services with me and never showed up. She rescheduled twice and still flaked. Then the day she said she was on her way she gave me so many excuses on why she would be late but never even showed up to provide services. I called her, texted and Facebook messaged her and she read my message and did not respond. Thank God I didn’t pay her a deposit otherwise she’d not just be unprofessional but she’d also be a scammer. Personally I’d save my money and find someone who’s committed to their business and behaves professionally.

First off I confirmed with you for your first cleaning the day before you never confirmed until an hour before the cleaning you live an hour 20 minutes away which was very inconvenient of you not confirming I’m no scammer because I never ask for payment and etc so please stop making false claims this is one reason why I didn’t service you I knew you would’ve been and issue from the start just from the inconvenience starting from the beginning and possibly with payment may you find someone that can service you
