The only reason that I did not give Mr. Velez five stars overall is because the contractor license on his business card is not valid. He came when he promised to come, and though it was my first impression that he was going to give me an estimate, he simply launched into the (perfectly handled) repair job, and subsequently requested that I pay what I thought was fair. I asked him for a price, he told me what such a job would normally cost, his price was quite in line with all my prior sprinkler repair experiences, so I gave him double the the quote and was happy to do it. Please get that license issue resolved, Mr. Velez, for your own peace of mind.

Jesus Velez, of Cal Pacific, did an incomplete job at my rental property in Perris. Work simply involved replacing/repairing sprinklers. Not only did he fail to complete the job, he did not reconnect the automatic timer. Although he said he would return to finish the job, he never did. I had already paid him in full! I am very disappointed, to say the least.
