Very informative and helpful with design. Started work as dated per contract, they actually did a lot of work before receiving any money.WOW, They completed the work in a very timely manner. Crew was helpful, the supervisor Jose was very helpful along the way. I would recommend Bill and Dave's very highly.

They were really good. They were really professional and did a good work.

Overall, things went well. The sub contracted work that was done for the backyard prep was outstanding. The crew actually used what looked to be jack hammers to break up the underlying soil and placed a nice top soil. I was not asked about what type of sod I wanted and I wish I had requested the marathon II which is what I have in my front yard. One of the sub contractors accidentally stepped on a part of wet concrete curb so the company had to come back out and fix the area but did not do an adequate job so it is now cracked. The stain on the concrete was not the best job and will need to be redone. But, for the price, I think we got an overall good job done in a short period of time..

Dave came out and looked at my backyard because it was not landscaped at all as I had moved into a brand new home. I just wanted desert landscaping. He drew while I was talking and what I thought I wanted. It was actually what I wanted. He drew it out. He took it to the HOA and they approved it. He has a crew and they came on time. They were wonderful. It rained one day during that time and they didn't come out. They were really good. There was no negative. He had a foreman who was in charge of the crew. Everybody was professional and cleaned up afterwards. It was all good. He came out and checked the work every day. He gave me tips for front yard and the grass out there. The price was good. My neighbor came to see the work and they said the concrete landscaping was the best they have seen.

Dave was responsive to our request for an estimate and was very cooperative with the delays we encountered with our homeowners' association. Work was completed in 3 weeks from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The whole process is a bit informal, however. They are willing to make changes on the fly, but you do need to watch their workers as not every detail of our plan was communicated to the individual workers, resulting in minor errors/deviations that needed correction. Overall, despite need for some oversight, we were satisfied with the job and the cost. Dave and all associated workers were very polite and professional.
