I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA.

I've wanted plantation shutters my whole life, and of all the shutter companies represented by the big box store I first heard of them, they came the most highly recommended by the sales associate at that store. The shutters themselves are very well-made and are perfect fitting and beautiful. Every work phase with this Company went along extremely well as per the contract. Everyone at Avalon was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly/patient. They kept me advised throughout the waiting time, and even beat my expectations for timely completion. Excellent service.

We had a great experience with hiring Avalon Shutters, Inc. to install window shutters to our new house. Joe did excellent measurements and was knowledgeable regarding the best options for our windows. Lazaro and Josh came in and installed the shutters; they were professional, hard working, and left our place looking fabulous. I would definitely recommend them to others!
