I got quotes from 4 different asphalt companies for the resurfacing of my 6,000 sq ft driveway. Mike Stanley the owner of Advanced Asphalt gave me a complete quote with the scope of work itemized into 8 items. He was professional and explained in detail everything he was going to do. Not only did he complete all 8 items but also did a bit more. He and his crew did a great job. Mike ran the equipment and was on the job each day. His crew was friendly and experience as well. When it was all done they cleaned the work area and left it looking better than before the work began. We love our new driveway and HIGHLY recommend Mike and Advanced Asphalt. We didn't realize until after the job was complete and our gate wouldn't open that while preparing the old asphalt for the new surface Mike cut through the electrical wires that provided power to our electric gate. It cost $650 to have it repaired and when I asked Mike to pay he thought that was too much. We asked him to bring in his guy to fix it at a better price and he didn't respond. So we offered to split the cost with him. His equipment caused the damage and we needed an operational gate. We have made three requests for payment and even though he said ok, and that he will be out, he has not shown up and has not sent the check. BE AWARE, if he damages your property when performing work on your property, he won't pay to have it fixed! Now I have to take him to small claims court and will do so for the full amount. A disappointing ending to what I thought was a good experience.

They provided us with a good, honest, and reasonably priced asphalt overlay service for our multi-tenant office building in Irvine. We worked directly with the owner from the beginning of the project to the end. He was at our site directing the work throughout the entire process. They made sure that their work did not impede us in anyway. They also came back after the job was done, at our request, and fixed a few rough spots that were overlooked. We highly recommend this company.

I looked at 6 different Asphalt companies and only 2 got back to me with estimates. Mike from Advanced Asphalt was very professional and provided me with an upfront quote that remained consistent throughout the job. The crew was very professional and clean and the work quality was top notch. They showed up and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would certainly use them again.

Mike, the owner, personally ran the machine that applied the asphalt overlay and showed him to be quite expert . He also allowed some added work to be performed without added charges. Would not hesitate to recommend Mike's company Advanced Asphalt to anyone needing asphalt work done.

Mike and his crew were great! I had an old and nasty drive and now it looks wonderful. They were clean, fast and HONEST!!! Can't ask for more than that.

It was a small job and it was one of those where nothing goes as planned....soil probems, materials problems, even a minor mechanical problem, but Mike remained cool, calm, and collected throughout. Very professional. Explained everything and the reasons why. Did the work and extra. The finished product is awesome. I will recommend this business to others.

We live in Deluz area of Temecula. Advanced Asphalt was excellent in building our long driveway and private road, more than 1000 ft long. Work involved asphalt placement, sealing, and placing gravel and large rocks along the road. Finished work turned out to be much better than we had envisioned. Mike Stanley and his crew did an excellent job and we are pleased to recommend him.
