+ -1 moreTotal hack. Came to our house to help fix three outlets that weren't working. By the time he left 9 outlets weren't working including all in our master bedroom. I called him and asked him to come back and at least fix the outlets that had been working before his visit and he totally ignored me. Then he called the warranty company we were working with and lied to them and said the condition was pre-existing so now I have to go through dispute resolution with the warranty company as well. Read the other reviews, this guys is not only incompetent but a liar.

+ -1 moreTotal Electric was sent to me through my home warranty company. He checked out my electrical issues, and all seemed fine as he then had to prepare a report for the warranty company. The next day, I was notified that I was being transferred to another electrician. I thought that was weird... I called the warranty company, and they read to me the report and quoted Total Electric saying "Homeowner came out of the house yelling at me, I did not feel safe working here. I felt threatened and do not want the job." I was so taken aback as this could not have been further from the truth. I got along great with him! With that said, if you want an honest electrician you can trust, DO NOT use Total Electric.

Description of Work: Used Total Electric through our home warranty company, so cost did not apply. Peter was very helpful and willing to explain what he was doing and why. He found an approach to replace our breaker box at minimal cost which solved our problem and upgraded our system. I recommend Peter as honest and customer oriented.
