Fernandez and his team were very professional. They arrived promptly and ready to work. I had them remove a large main branch from a 40' tree in my front yard, as well as trim quite a few smaller branches off the tree. They worked quickly and were in and out within 2 hours. They cleaned up all the wood/leaves and disposed of them for me. Would definitely recommend their services and will be calling them in the future when I need more work done. Also they offer very competitive pricing on their services, especially when compared to some of the other local businesses I had previously called.

Elmer showed up quickly to understand scope of work and gave a verbal bid right on the spot, followed up by a written proposal. His bid was less than half of the other two local companies. His crew cam just 2 days later to complete the job in 6 hours. Safe and very tidy. 2nd time I have used Fernandez. I highly recommend this company.

I had 3 old bamboo groves that needed removal, as they were runners and taking over. This was a really tough task and Elmer and his team did an amazing job, from start to finish. I will use them again, and recommend this company to everyone I know!! I put this out to 7 companies, of which two did not return my calls and two came out to review the scene and never got back to me, despite follow up calls. Of the 3 companies that responded, Fernandez Tree Service was the clear stand out. Elmer Fernandez contacted me within two hours of my Home Advisor query and set up a time to view the scene that Monday. He arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable, answering the numerous questions I had, and formulated a plan and estimated costs before he left the property. I had to follow up with the other two companies, both of which took nearly a week to respond with plans / cost estimates. Based on the superior customer service I received from Elmer and the competitive quote he provided, I engaged Fernandez Tree Service for this job. Elmer and his team of 6 came less than a week later and did an expert job of removing all the bamboo and runners, and even pulled out a large overgrown section close to the sidewalk as an added bonus. It took them a full day to complete the job and they left the site in amazing condition. I am ecstatic at the result and thank Elmer and his great team for doing such a fantastic job with this very tough task!!!

Failed to show as agreed, rescheduled. Had incorrect address for second appointment. Was rude upon arrival, treated us like we couldn’t afford the job. Refused to provide a bid until we agreed to his fees?! Isn’t that what the bid is intended to accomplish? Appalled at the unprofessionalism start to finish. They should have paid me to waste my time.

The guy I hired to place expensive natural stone on my retaining wal was a no show. I call called Fernandez Stone work and Landscaping. Him and his men came in and took care of bussiness. Professionally and exactly like he said , when it would be done and how much it would cost. No surprises. He also left the work area cleaner then he found it. I would recommend Mr. Fernandez to my closest friends and family.

He was superb. Form the quote to the final bill. His team did an amazing job and were very detailed. We would highly recommend Elmer.

Both projects were done on a timely basis and above expectation. It looks beautiful and has brought positive comments from the neighborhood. Safety is a concern of Elmer's and he makes every effort to ensure that the public is aware of construction and equipment in the street with flags and cones.

It was a challenging job. They disabled two machines one almost immediately. Elmer was professional, overcame the obstacle and followed through with finishing the job at the quote he priced.

They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. They are excellent. The yard looks like it was always this way, it is beautiful.
