+ 1 moreChip arrived on time to present the estimate, complete with a full color plan layout, offered to pay him a large down payment. He clearly stated that per the contractor's licensing board he could only accept a 10% down payment. When it came time to do the job Chip and his crew showed up on time and worked professionally and as quietly as possible until the project was complete. The old lawn was sprayed, covered over, landscape rock was installed after the pots, irrigation and pavers were placed. I am thrilled. On one occasion a sprinkler was leaking, they came back quickly and fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Converted lawn into low maintenance, dryscape and installed potted plants with pavers.
