Company never got back to me despite numerous attempts to hire them. Do not call if you expect prompt, professional service!

When I first attempted to contact the company, I called the office number. It took a couple of days to get a return call. Mike is his own secretary and once I got his cell number, we were on track. He provided me with information that no one else even mentioned. He also gave me names and phone numbers of other people that could give me estimates on other work I need done on house. I live over 3 hours away from the project address and Mike was very accommodating with my schedule. I need to have more termite work done at a later date and Scenic Coast Termite is the one I'm going with. The only con for me was that he doesn't take credit cards, BUT he did work with me on the payment schedule. I am one happy camper and, in dealing with a project that has been so overwhelming, his work has definitely put me in a and quot;going forwardand quot; position. Just FYI, the address on Angie's List is not current; Scenic Coast is in Templeton. I won't list Mike's cell number without his permission but if you call the office number, he will get back to you! You know the Allstate slogan, and quot;You're in good hands with Allstateand quot;, well that about sums it up for Scenic Coast Termite Control.

In 2007, we were selling one home and buying another. The termite company that we had retained for regular monthly maintenance gave us an inspection on the home we were trying to sell and told us there was several thousand dollars worth of damage. We were shocked. Our realtor recommended Scenic Termite. Mike came out and found no termite issues but some dry rot. His estimate was reasonable and his service quick and professional. In the house we bought, we've had him out twice since 2007 (including this past week) to inspect for termites and to treat for spiders. Always a pleasure to deal with Mike - and he offers practical suggestions on how to address pest issues on our own. We remain very pleased and will use him again in the future.

They were thorough and checked hard to reach crawl spaces. Once we purchased the home, they did minor repairs due to water damage and exterior woodwork was professionally well done. They were prompt and courteous, as well as quickly responded to all calls. The extra work came to $1,275.00 but was worth the peace of mind.
