+ -1 moreWe tried for weeks to get this guy to give us an estimate. He never called so we bought new chairs. we had picked out fabric from him, twice, because his place is so totally disorganized, he didn't know what fabrics were still available. He had a lot of business but mainly due to the lack of competition. Not a good a good experience.
Description of Work: We wanted 2 chairs upholstered, but he acted like he didn't want the business.

+ -1 moreWe have a dining room set about 20 yrs old, but solid oak, really nice. The seats had become saggy and a little thread worn (3 cats). Someone recommended S&J (don't member who). I'm handicapped and have difficulty getting around and I'm alone during the week. My hubby loaded two chairs at a time into my car, and I was able to take a couple chairs at a time. He did a beautiful job and was done in about a week and a half. As I said, it was only about $600 for six chairs and he did a beautiful job!
Description of Work: Re-upholstery and re-stuffing(?) of six dining room chairs.
