Very professional. Communicated well from the original contact throughout the the work being. The repair work was excellent. I cannot notice the difference between the chip fixed and the rest of the granite.

I hired Rock Solid Restoration to clean, polish and seal my granite countertops. Also they repaired the chips along my kitchen sink. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very happy.

This company did fantastic work on our floors. The process went just as they said it should and the tile floors look GREAT, Will defiantly use this company in the future.

The service provided was exceptional. The owner Branon is a true tradesman and subject matter export in tile/ stone repair and restoration. I purchased a new home with travertine tile floors on the hallway and kitchen that were acid stained and never cleaned nor sealed. Branon not only removed the stains, sealed, and polished the floors; he also cleaned and polished the granite kitchen counters, that now sparkle and shine just like the floors. Awesome job Branon!!

Very professional, Knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, etc. my only constructive recommendation would be that they use 4 successive grits of polishing/sanding pads on marble floors or rather than two. That would result in a higher class shine at the completion of the job. I am a highly satisfied with them however, in researching polishing systems that are manufactured in Italy; the systems utilize a four step process with each successive polishing pad having a different grit which would result in the type of shine you see in the lobby of a four star hotel or at the Edwards cinemas. The Italian equipment is more more expensive which would drive the cost up A bit. I would have been happy to pay more for my marble floor to be super glossy. The equipment they use is not as sophisticated as the same type of polishing equipment manufactured in Italy ( you can easily YouTube The topic to see the equipment I am referring to). You will likely be very satisfied with everything about their service but they would truly be five star plus if they use the equipment manufacture in Italy.
