Rock Solid Restoration

Rock Solid restored the travertine floors in my kitchen. The floors are like new again and I am very satisfied with their customer service, friendly attitude and fantastic work.

He made my very expensive tile look new again.

Cleaned, patched and replaced grout issues we had in the kitchen and bath...love it! The glass shower doors are now clear as new. As a bonus we had a window that had been hit by the outdoor sprinkler for years that was so cloudy we couldn't see through it. It is now crystal clear and our view is back. Brannon is a pleasure to work with and even put up with our dogs.

Brannon did an excellent job. He cleaned, polished, and repaired holes that we had in our travertine tile, it truly looked better than brand-new. He also regrouted both our shower stalls. He is professional in every regard. I certainly would hire Brannon again.

Brannon was extremely professional and very good about explaining things. Unfortunately I was not happy with the color of the shower floor grout. There was also an area in the vanity backsplash that needs re-grouting. The grout in my Master Bathroom floor was falling out and discolored. Some of the tiles were loose, causing the problem. I have radiant heat in in the floor, as well. I also needed to have the tile in the guest bath and both shower floors tiles cleaned and sealed. It was matched perfectly. The fix for the loose tiles firmly did the trick without needing to replace them. I also had my kitchen grout behind the sink refreshed and sealed. I was thoroughly pleased and highly recommend this company, for their work, craftsmanship and customer service. Branon was fantastic.......Well Done!!!

They were very prompt when I made the first inquiry and on time to check out what was needed for a quote. Branon gave me options as well as suggestions. We didn't make a decision right away but when we did Branon was on time and the job he did was great. We have some very old kitchen tile and he re grouted and cleaned the tile and to our great amazement it was a "Wow." We're having him come back to do some work in master and guest bathrooms.

Branon promptly responded to my request for a quote and quickly came out to my home provide one. I had some other companies through Home Advisor come out too. Branon quoted me what I thought was a very fair price and said he could restore some etching in my marble that other companies said could not be fully restored. They came out promptly to do the work. He completely removed the etching and you can't even see it. A beautiful job. He refinished a marble floor and I wasn't crazy about the final texture, so he came back free of charge, discussed with me my concerns, then used a different sealer, and now it is perfect. I would highly, highly recommend Rock Solid Restoration.

Both Jamie (coordinator) and Branon (who did the work) were great to work with. Very responsive and understanding; reasonable prices and efficient - all the work was done in the same day and it was done thoroughly and explained well. They also guarantee their work, which is really reassuring. If we ever need this type of work in the future, we would definitely work with them!
