Description of Work: Don is doing a complete removal and replacement of our heater, AC, and duct system. He is also installing a whole house fan. Don, the owner, came out for our bid. He was very professional and informative. It was very apparent that he has been doing this for a while. He was to the point, and he did not try to talk us into anything. He actually sized our units based on house size and our Title 24 report. He went by the numbers rather than just eyeballing it. His sizing was smaller than what other companies suggested. I will report more once the job is completed.
