I would tell anyone to take their computer there. They are fast and very nice to deal with.

Dropped off laptop, received a call a week later that it was ready to be picked up. Had asked them to check the turn on switch as it gets stuck sometimes and is difficult to turn on. Reported that the AVG had been corrupted, but there was just a small amount of spyware, so it wasn't a difficult job to repair. Indicated that there is a small problem with the turn on switch but it does work and they didn't recommend replacing it until it quits as it is very expensive. Was impressed that they had not tried to sell me a more expensive job since it wasn't necessary

I had been really frustrated because the first shop, which I had used in the past with fair results, seemed to be ignoring my business computer and no one seemed to know when the technician would return. I kept getting the run around. Then we had a death in the family and I needed contact information from that computer. I went to the shop and insisted they let me use the computer to get the information. I determined they had gotten the virus removed but had done nothing else, so I took the computer away and decided to try Nology, which had been advertising on the radio and a friend also said she'd heard good things about them. My first impression was that they were much more professional that the first shop. Everyone who worked the counter was knowledgeable about computers, and all seemed to be competent technicians. Almost every time I came in there was one technician visibly working in back and one at the counter. Both were approachable and answered questions. We arranged that they would work on the computer while I was out of town for the funeral and try to have it done by the time I got back -- if possible. They had a good selection of used laptops for sale, and I bought one at a very reasonable price to keep me working until my desktop was back. It has always worked well and I really like it. When something puzzled me about how it worked, such as using it with my desktop monitor, I called and they helped me. It took a couple of days longer than I expected to get the desktop back, but they had not promised me something they did not deliver. They helped me reinstall the software and let me try to find everything while the computer was still there so that I would know it was working right and all my programs were functional -- before I took it home. After I got it home and discovered something not working as I expected, they told me over the phone what to do. They have always been right in their suggestions. I was happy with my computer when I got it back and a year later it's still doing well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I often drop in with small questions or to get advice on what I need to buy. They have always been professional and helpful.
