Description of Work: I had him come out to check out why the fairly new oven would only heat up to 250f. He identified the problem, replaced the igniter, did not charge a fee for an estimate, and the $50 service call applied to the labor!! I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Mr. Templeton of Lee's Appliance Repair was very punctual and courteous, identified the problem with my washing machine, ordered and received the part and did the work all within about 24 hours. His service fee was nearly half of the local appliance dealer, and he added no additional charges above the cost of the part. Glad I found him of Angie's List!

 + -1 moreShowed up exactly at the appointment time. Listened carefully and proceeded to fix the problem and stayed while the machine was run. Then he only charged $50.
Description of Work: We had a problem with bleach dispenser on our washer. He removed and unplugged a clogged line.

 + -1 moreHe was a nice man but didn't seem to grasp the conversation, acted confused and repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over. He seemed to be elderly and a bit senile and I would not recommend using him for hi tech appliances.
Description of Work: Based on the other reviews and the fact that he was local, I gave him a call. He was confused, asked for my address repeatedly, repeated it back wrong, asked for my number 3 different times, repeated it back wrong all 3 times and when I asked him if he was familiar with Kenmore Elite error messages on my dryer, he said he would go online (whatever that means). I have a feeling he is an elderly man and maybe can fix older models but when it comes to the hi tech washer and dryers, I would not recommend him. Although he was nice, he acted a bit senile.

 + -1 moreMy washing machine was leaking water out of he bottom. Denny arrived and determined he could not repair it....he advised I could either call Idler's or if it was him, to buy a new machine. After spending approximately 30 minutes here, he was not going to charge me anything but I insisted he take some money. His honesty and practical knowledge is invaluable.
Description of Work: I have used Lee's Appliance Service for many years and consider him to be one of the most reasonable and fair repairmen out there. I don't want to use anybody else, ever!

Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking water from the tub, and since I had used Lee's in the past, I called him again. He checked it out, and decided it was something he couldn't fix, and referred me to someone else. He was at my home for approximately 30-45 minutes, and then was not going to charge me for this time, since he couldn't fix it. (I insisted he take some $). I have used him several times in the last 10 years, and he is the BEST, and very HONEST.
