+ 0 moreWe scheduled the cleaning on a day that was raining and the guy (sorry - I forgot his name) was fine with rescheduling since the carpets would have taken 10 or 12 hours to dry with all that moisture in the air. That was great - but we were thrilled with the work when it was finally completed. They were fast and every efficient. All the carpeting and rugs looked new. They got out some wine stains and coffee stains that we never thought would be removed. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: cleaned the carpeting in the living room, two bedrooms, stairways and hallway; three area rugs.

Description of Work: We were referred to Knight's by a friend and this has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We dealt with Marie Goldsmith at Knight's. She was attentive to detail and patient with all our questions. Their team consists of Coastal Finish/Stuart Floors for the installation. Again, great attention to detail and on time. They completed the job sooner than initially anticipated and we are very satisfied with the result. They did a beautiful job. Because we were doing all the floors everything had to be moved into a pod in our driveway. North County Moving and Storage is that part of the team. They were so careful with our furniture and belongings. Again, on time and very courteous. They went above and beyond to get everything back just as we wanted it. |On a side note - we had to arrange for the pod. We called PODs and found them to be very expensive. Because of a previous and positive experience with Far West Storage Containers (Kurt Nord), I called him. The container was even larger than the one from PODs and the cost was about half. |Marie called this morning to follow up and to be sure we were satisfied with everything. We are!!

+ -1 moreThe person who came out to do the estimate seemed very professional. Their price was more than the competition so that's why we didn't go with them. They responded to all our questions. They were very punctual and were right on the dot.
Description of Work: Knight's Carpets & Interiors just gave an estimate about two months ago for carpeting and ceramic tiling or vinyl tiling.
