Description of Work: Page roofing removed old composite shingles and put on new. |The entire project was completed in about 2.5 days. |A crew of about 10 people showed up to do the removal and lay down new felt. |The next day and a half about 5 people laid down the new shingles. |They did a great job of cleaning up and even fixed a rain gutter that was not part of the contract. |Page roofing was not the low bid but I am happy that I paid the little extra and went with them.

+ -1 moreThey did everything I asked them to do, and more, and although they were not the cheapest roofing company we contacted, their level of knowledge and craftsmanship was impeccable.
Description of Work: They replaced the underlayment of our roof, removing and putting back the existing tile. They improved the original installation which had failed because it was not done to manufacturers specs but putting down two layers of fiberglass-based underlayment, new raised poly battens that allow water to run under them, added vented birdstop and ridge vents to prevent heat build-up under the tile, and replaced some of the fascia and sheathing that had been damaged. The replaced the furnace vent that was not to code at their cost, and repainted all the other roof vents and stacks as well as the flashing.

I have used Page roofing for 5 years on all my rental properties and on a large barn on my ranch. They are professional and knowledgeable and the owner is on site with his crews. Kevin provides photos of all work before and after and his advice is spot on.
Description of Work: Repaired aged roofing drains on flat top commercial building 7,000 sq ft.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Kevin showed up first day with his crew and got everything started. They began at 7 am and they were done by 230/3 . Took three days to complete roof. I thought it was nice that he offered to fix the gutters and clean them. Not much more cost for that. They cleaned up everything only left over a few shingles. And I left the garage open for them on the last day. I noticed the garage wasn't operating properly when I got home. No biggy because it was just the censor got bumped and I put it back in place.
Description of Work: Removed old roof, applied new roof, replaced damaged board, fixed and cleaned gutters, removed attic fan and put in 3 more vents so fan wasn't needed
