He does washer, dryer, refrigerator and that all kind of stuff. He is amazing and honest. He is just great person. We didn’t know what happened to our dryer, it was making an awful sound and it was newer than 5 years. I didn’t pay much. He fixed the dryer that ended up being like a belch that went out and fixed it so that we could use it so we could dry our clothes. We are a family of five, so if the dryer is down it is a little inconvenient obviously. I can’t live without a dryer. He fixed it so that we could use it. Then a part was going to take 4-5 days or a week or whatever to come in. But it never really affected us because we were never without it. He came out the same day within an hour or two of calling him. He fixed it so that we can continue to use it. He didn’t charge us, he said give me $20 today and take care of the rest later. I was happy to pay $20 just for coming out. He had to take like some kind of barring or something apart and repack everything. He worked, he wiped down and cleaned the dryer vent and showed me how to wash the vent screen, and he wanted to make sure we knew. He was full of knowledge, and just old school. I was so impressed with him and I was so glad that I really called. When he came back, he cleaned up every little thing. There was nothing for me to do after he left; there wasn’t a mess there or anything. He was showing us what was going on, it was great. It was like your grandfather coming over and fixing it for you. I got a quote from somebody else and the call out was going to be $75. That’s why I said he was worth the match, and he did everything. He came out on Thursday, we were ordering the part during the weekend and he called on Monday to say it didn’t come in and it came on Wednesday and he called me in the morning and asked whether I was available, he was accommodating to my schedule, he didn’t give a window of 4 or 5 hours and he was prompt.
