+ 0 moreWe told them we lived out of town but would make a special trip so we could get our refrigerator repaired. We scheduled the visit three weeks in advance. We had a time of 8 am to noon. Around 10 am we get a all they cannot make the visit they are overbooked for the day. They did not even want to discuss the fact this was scheduled way in advance and the 6 hour trip we made just to get this fixed. They hung up the phone on us.
Description of Work: Needed them to repair the refrigerator

+ -1 moreThey were great. They give good warranties. Their price was fine. They were good on responsiveness. I ordered the appliances on Saturday and they gave it to me on Monday. They gave me good service. They were very professional. They used special things to get a grip on the floor. I would use them in the future.
