I did not get an estimate before the worker arrived. Felt obliged to accept the job. Got bill after the fact. It seemed quite pricey.

Mr Hernandez responded when others did not. Our small problem with alarm systems going off all day when we had company coming that evening was taken care of by a gentleman who has shown a high regard for customer service and taking care of his community.

I highly recommend Hernandez Electrical Services! Marcos was there for us every step of the way in adding a new meter , and pole for our new manufactured home. He assessed the situation and worked with PG&E to bring us electricity in a timely and efficient manner. Marcos was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process, everything went smoothly. His assistant Johhny was very helpful when the time came to turn on the electricity in the house. And when we needed Marcos's services for an emergency situation he was there for us immediately. I absolutely would use Hernandez Electrical Services again and with out hesitation would recommend him to family and friends.

His electrician team, Jonny & Chase were polite and got the job done with installing three (3) ceiling fans with remotes and made sure they all worked perfectly before they left. The owner called very soon after I filled out the form indicating I needed an electrician. He was out of town but said he d come to my house after hours if I wanted. He showed up on time, located the problem in under 10 minutes, provided a temporary fix until he could come back and do a proper job. I was very impressed and happy with his service.
