+ -1 moreMike Passegger, the owner of Diversified Landscaping, charged a fair price, gave me high quality work and walked me through the process of programming the timer, how to turn the irrigation off in case of an emergency and completing everything on my checklist before he would accept final payment. He cleaned up the area when he was finished, swept the street, the driveway and power washed the surrounding patio. Mike and his crew did such a fabulous job that I hired him on a monthly basis to maintain the yard. I would highly recommend Diversified Landscaping to anyone seeking an improvement to their landscaping.
Description of Work: Installed stepping stones, gravel walkway, irrigation & drain, 25 yds mulch, 12 yds planter mix, 4 yds bark, 200 plants, 195 gopher baskets, moved 4 boulders, added drip lines to 2 bird baths, sprayed deer repellent & set the timer. The job took approx 2 weeks and I paid him in 4 payments. The final payment was not made until we did a walk around the property and I approved of all the work.
