+ -1 moreAfter the patio lattice top installation, we had to write to more fully express how pleased we are with the result. Replacing our worn, warped and paint-flaked wooden patio rafters with the aluminum product was a major improvement. The installation looks like it ?belongs? and was always there. The removal of the old was done quickly, carefully and thoroughly, and the painting of the columns to match the new rafters/cross members looks terrific. We enthusiastically recommend this firm for their good service, quick response, timely and professional installation and, of course, competitive pricing. The aluminum product is beautiful and looks like real wood just painted - most people looking at it think it is freshly painted wood. The good news - it will never need painting and has a lifetime warrenty! We are very plesed with both the product and with Central Coast Shade.
Description of Work: We had old wooden lattice work as a shade cover over our patio area which was badly in need of replacment. Steve and his crew came in and tore down the old wooden cover and disposed of it, painted the existing support beams to match the new material and then installed a new aluminum lattice cover, nicely curved to match our BBQ island and concrete patio.
