Only time will tell....if we ever have rain again, but Jeff extended his warranty period from 2 years to 3 since my roof leak has been sporadic. He feels he found the source of the leak which no one else has been able to do so I'm confidant that the problem has been fixed.

Went fine. Said what they'd do; and delivered as promised. Dependable, organized, professional !!!

We live in the same neighborhood and we thought we would give them an opportunity to work close to home and give them the business. We asked the owner to give us an estimate twice. The first time he said he was busy and would get back to us. He never did. About a month later when we asked a second time to give us an estimate, he said he would be over on the weekend. He never showed up. He finally gave us an estimate and he did have the lowest price. Another neighbor that used him was not pleased with his work. We ended up contracting with another roofer. He did do an amazing job on his own roof and seems to be a really hard worker. Cannot say as much for his hired help.

Can't say enough good things about the service and price. This was obviously a very small job, but they did not treat it in that manner. Approximately 1 square foot of roof decking was completely exposed to the weather elements. This could have led to a substantial problem with potential water damage. Called them on Monday afternoon and the job was completed on Wednesday morning. Would definitely call them again for any roofing issues.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff (owner) promptly visited the property to provide a written estimate. He did not try to sell more roof than required for the location (cool Cambria). His crew was very professional, courteous, and worked quickly. Jeff was on-scene the entire time to supervise. All debris was removed. Jeff also pointed out some areas that I should take care of myself, such as caulking under beams to prevent water from running into the home interior.

They responded, sent a proposal and they came out quickly. They did a great job, they did it on time and everything went fine.

The owners and crew were all professional and on time. They wrote up a good contract and met all the agreements. They were punctual. There was one subsequent leak which was quickly repaired. It was a big job overall. I have only two complaints: 1- A few rotten boards were missed andnot replaced on an exposed roof edge. Not critical but should have been seen. 2- Some of the new skylights drip water into an interior channel when it rains. No water has entered the house but where is it going? And why don't they all appear to be dripping? I see no exterior drains on the skylights. When I called them they said it was functioning properly. I am still concerned. I am not yet convinced and will follow up when we get more rain to re-check it.

Everything went very well. He was very prompt with coming out and re-checking my roof. He did a really good job repairing my roof.

We hired Anthony Roofing from an Angie's list recommendation. We scheduled the walk through right away, and John was able to schedule us in the time frame we desired. His work crews were just great, making any changes we needed without complain, and they cleaned up every night when they left. John stopped by every day to go over the work with his crew and answer any questions I had. We were very happy overall.

It was an amazing experience from the estimate process to the completion of the roof. The owner, Jeff, responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He examined the roof, determined what needed to be done to stop the leaks, and told me he would have a written estimate very soon. The estimate arrived with details of what the job would involve. When I accepted the bid he told me the day his company would do the project. The employees and Jeff arrived on that day, and satisfactorily completed all of the work in one day.ALL of the debrie was removed from our yard, and he even used a magnet on our lawn so he could be sure that no metal was left behind. Working with Central Coast Roofing was a great experience, and I will use them again if the need arises.

The whole experience was as great as expensive home work can be. Estimate on time, the Jeff came to explain the entire process. Everything and everyone were on time. The workers were polite and quiet. There were no loud radios, blaring music, and no yelling. Very professional. I would recommend CCR to friends.
