Description of Work: I called, left a message. To date, no response or callback even to say he might be too busy to do our job. He may do great work, but I have no way of knowing that. Customer Service should be #1 to any business. I would have been willing to wait to get the work done. I just expect a return call. Guess I must have stated in my message that it was not a big job. Too bad. We have many, many, large jobs to do around here eventually.

+ -1 moreIf Brian had told me he was too busy to take on my job, that would have been fine. Simply not calling is unprofessional.
Description of Work: No services performed. I called Brian, the owner, to set an appointment for him to look at my gutters. He said he would call me back with a date/time. I'm sorry to have to report that It has been several weeks since we talked, and he has never called me back. Apparently, he doesn't need my business. In the meantime, 5 Star Gutters has given me an estimate, and I have asked them to do the job.
