+ -1 moreBeware! Brett Holliday did not provide a bid/contract. He gave a verbal hourly rate. Then when job was complete submitted a bill for by the foot. Job consisted of x5 holes, and x4 fence panels. Brett charged me over 1200.00, and it took him 3.5 days. This should have taken 1/2 a day, and if I was charged his hourly rate of 45.00 an hour, this should have cost under 500.00. As I understand it, he broke California state law by not submitting a written bid. contractor board, and bonding company don't seem to care. Run, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRETT HOLLIDAY.
