+ -1 moreBAD experience. Home warranty assigned.After 2 phone calls on OUR part, they finally called to schedule for the following day. Never showed, after waiting all day, and not even respect to call with excuse! Plus, as no-show, my husband 0f 83 yrs. had to try to open manually to repark vehicle, and took a hard fall and injured himself. Had to call warranty co and get another co. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

+ -1 moreTheir price was good, service and advice was great - good people to deal with. They were recommended by my contractor. They cut a garage door down to size to fit our 6' opening in a workshop so I can roll the lawn tractor and other garden equipment into the shop and change the oil, service, etc. They were a little busy, but on time and on budget. When we upgrade the doors on our 4 car garage I will use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a half-sized garage door in a workshop.

+ -1 moreWe scheduled with Brad's Overhead Doors 2 appointments for an estimate for a new garage door in April 2013. We were stood up not once but twice, with no call or apology. Clearly this is not a company we want to do business with.

+ -1 more3462Great. Story above. I called a number of service providers and Brad's was the most responsive and straight forward. No nonsense, just business.
Description of Work: Replaced springs and rollers. Serviced entire system plus did some small extras at no cost above estimate. Greg Davis, the service guy, was as good as it gets in the housing industry. Very knowledgeable, very adept at his work, no nonsense and willing to discuss everything he was doing, so you get an excellent tutorial as part of the package. Highly recommended.
