concrete repair
+ -1 moreAdvanced Concrete was professional, on time and gave me high quality work. The crew worked hard and I am very happy with the results. Those were dollars well spent and the patio will last for decades. I will use Advanced Concrete again.
Description of Work: Demo'd my existing patio and removed all debris, saw cut areas off of pool deck, excavated dirt to accommodate new patio, installed 3" drain line and 1" sleeving underneath patio, poured patio and 2' seawall, finished with light brush design, 670 sq ft of seamless texture skin stamped concrete, stamped concrete had 1 base color, 1 release color, pressure washed and sealed with non slip sealer. The concrete was 4" thick, poured over clean compacted fill sand with #3 rebar on 2' center. The patio steps were cantilevered with bullnose.
