+ -1 moreWe are very disappointed with the level service we received at Snyder Diamond. our family has purchased from SD for years and spent a great deal of money at their Santa Monica store. We embarked on a remodel in October 2022 and advised them of a specific timetable in advance and asked to purchase products that were stocked and readily available. Now two months after placing orders they are telling us they do not have stock and are blaming the delay on us for ordering during the holidays and advising us now of Cal compliance issues. Why did they not know about compliance issues when they sold us the product? They made no effort to apologize, find solutions or offer concessions to make us a happy customer. We will definitely use Ferguson/Build.com in the future. Ferguson shipped on time, offered excellent service and made us a happy customer. Very disappointed!

+ 0 moreSnyder - Diamond Appliances- my wife and I needed all new appliances including washer- dryer. Everything except the dishwasher . Visited several stores from small to giant, including Snyder - Diamond, Pasadena. Raymond in appliances there is a gem---an extremely knowledgeable professional who knows most details of the any appliances in his head. And he got his managers to meet any other store 's prices- so we went with S - D. Also used their suggested 3rd party private installer- - and a month+ after installation he helped us follow up with the mfg 's rebates. Ask for Raymond D in Pasadena !

+ 0 moreIt went very well. We got an invoice of what they thought we would need. The installer came out and suggested a different oven and microwave hood, based on the dimensions of our existing appliances, and we went back and reordered the ones that were suggested. The appliances came within a week, and they were installed within 2 days. We were thrilled.
Description of Work: Purchased new appliances for our older kitchen. They were helpful and had suggestions of which would fit in well. Their installer also did a good job. We were very pleased with how knowledgeable they were, much better than guys at a big box or dept store.

+ -1 moreThey are certainly responsive to the issue that I have with them about the toilet that was unfortunately defective. Though we are in the middle of that issue right now, I still like their company. I hope to use them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Snyder-Diamond Discount Plumbing sent someone out to repair our dishwasher. They had to replace the intake valve.
