Description of Work: I appreciate the time and scope that was performed during the inspection. Gerald was very courteous and informative. He took the time to answer any questions that I, my friend or the realtor had. My inspection report was very comprehensive with notes and pictures. I believe that the money for the inspection was well spent because the report uncovered many items that normally would have been overlooked. i would recommend Scotland Yard Inspections to any home buyer. Additionally my realtor was equally impressed and asked for Gerald's business card for future clients.

Description of Work: Had Gerry inspect a home we are planning on buying. Purchasing a home, no matter how many times you have done it in the past, is always a stressful and time-sensitive. There is no substitute for doing your research. However, it is extremely important to get independent and professional expert advise along the way. Gerry is an excellent home inspector who is squarely in your camp (and not in the camp of the real estate agents who want to see the deal done). He is an independent - which I really appreciated. He uncovered a number of issues that have helped me in my negotiations. His nature and ability to explain things reduces stress and his punctuality ensured that everything got done on time.
