Description of Work: Gerald came by to do an inspection on a 100+ year old home we were buying. He was on time, professional, and extremely detailed in his inspection and report. He took the time to explain his findings with me and the potential implications of each one. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, personable, and strongly advocates for his clients. He spent a significant amount of time in the crawl space below the house and the attic as well. He was also able to prepare his report in a short time frame (24 hours) from time of inspection and provided detailed pictures to accompany all of his findings. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Inspecting our 1 year old home before we met with the Builder to sign off on 1 year warranty. Inspctor edycated us to repairs and necessary corrections that we would not have known if we didnt have a professional inspector do thru house thoroughly. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: He performed a new home inspection. He was honesty and forth right in what really need to be inspected. I was really impressed with his professionalism. I would use no one else! !!

Description of Work: I called for advice on an unusual issue with a possible issue with prior inspections by the county building inspector. He came out promptly, gave me his opinion/advice on the issue(s), but as there was no inspection needed by him per se, he opted not to charge me anything for the advice.

He was very thorough in the inspection process. He took a lot of pictures and provided highly detailed documentation in his report. He uncovered so many little problems and a couple of major ones which allowed me to go back and renegotiate the purchase price of my new home. | |Not only that, he was kind and compassionate. I recently lost my husband and I had a sad moment. He gave me hug and words of encouragement.
