I had a difficult situation with unfinished work and I proceeded to get estimates from this site. I chose Michael because of the fairness of his price and the calm, confident manner in which he assessed the situation. I needed new wood windows and doors installed, hardware affixed, exterior patching and exterior and interior painting done. He was timely, friendly and diligent and the work was excellent. I would heartily recommend him and intend to use him again when I need carpentry/construction repairs.

Michael is very honest, hardworking and meticulous in his work. He is well versed in his field, which includes every area of construction. I have a home built in 1922 which needed a lot of work. Michael understands and appreciates the value and charm of older homes. He worked with me to restore what he could and repair what would be too costly to restore. He keeps to his word on when he will be there to do the work and does not change the amount he quotes unless I ask for a change.

He is very dedicated to his work. Very detailed in all he does. If your an not happy with the work, he will make sure to do it right. He is very prompt in his work.
