We love our new windows and doors. They block heat and noise, just as we wanted. Mark offered a few options for thickness of windows. The extra large sliding door in the living room is fantastic, much better than the old one. With replacement windows the installation is key, and Mark has a lot of experience. No issues with the whole process.

Two sets of windows were installed. They work as expected and are aesthetically pleasing.Pleased overall with the outcome.

I did not want to cut into the stucco and Mark was able to make that work with retrofit windows. He was great with emailing and he and his partner worked quickly and efficiently on the day of install. I am very happy with the windows and his service.

The whole process was completed professionally in 2-3 days. Each day Ken and his crew cleaned up the work area. Excellent work. Professional, courteous manners.

They were great. They made the appointment, they showed up, and they gave us their quote on a timely basis. They were able to do the install a day or two before they expected.

Found Mark on AngiesList and gave him a shot. He promptly returned my email asking for a quote on the Andersen patio door which I already had been quoted several other places. His prices were more than comparable if not even better! Mark decided he should see my current sliding patio door prior to firming up the numbers which he did. We agreed on a price and I gave Mark a deposit as he estimated 3-5 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and we scheduled an installation date. On May 19th, Mark showed up to my home at the exact time he scheduled with me a few days prior. He had a helper, Marcus I believe his name was? What a great bunch of guys who know exactly what they are doing! I usually do major home repairs myself but this one my wife wouldn't let me do.... I watched Mark and Marcus every step of the way and was more than confident in their abilities. Overall installation was done properly and Mark and his crew installed interior trim of my choice and even included a beautiful oak threshold. Mark's stucco job was incredible and matched the rest of my house exactly. The crew cleaned up as if they were not even there! This is an A+++ outfit and should NOT be overlooked for all types of doors and windows. I will continue to give my business to Pasadena Window Supply, a local business I surely feel comfortable with and no surprises.

The door and new frame was installed. He came and completed removed the door. He added mounting to the inside which had never been put in place. He also repaired the dead bolt lock which was not working correctly.
