I purchased all of my home lighting for my remodel 5years ago. The staff was GREAT then and were just as GREAT this time. Karen always gives me an honest opnion and is always willing to look items up to compare. Customer service is definitely a core value at Pasadena Lighting. We previously ordered an outdoor fixture for our home from them and the price for the exact same product was much more reasonable than their competitor whose store is much closer to us. This experience propelled us to use them again. We had shopped online for the items we were interested in and ultimately Pasadena Lighting beat out even the best price we could find online. All the items arrived within 72 hours, but due to our work schedules, the owner Dennis, graciously offered to HAND DELIVER them to our home so our contractor's work was not delayed. Except for when we shop at the salvage stores looking for those unique and one-of-a-kind items, Dennis and the folks at Pasadena Lighting will be getting our business in the years to come.

Although the repairman was not on the premises (he comes in only as needed), and I was told I would need to wait about a week, they saw my disappointment and ended up repairing my lamps within a couple of days. The lamps work fine, and the work appears to be careful and competent. They even wrapped the old bulbs in bubble wrap. Good job!

Have re-wired vintage lighting for me on several occasions, making excellent suggestions and returning a clean and perfect result. Also are the ONLY lighting/electrician/designer who accepted the challenge and assisted in wiring a chandelier to a ceiling fan for over my dining room table. Everyone has told me it couldn't be done, but now it is done and it is EXACTLY what I designed and functions fabulously and is beautiful. In short, Pasadena Lighting is a well-established family business who really serves their community very professionally with a knowledge and understanding of the unique character and architecture of Pasadena.

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE FIXTURES I ORDERED ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION AND WITHIN THE TIME FRAME I WAS QUOTED. IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE FOR THE INSTALLER TO MAKE IT TO MY HOME, BUT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
