+ -1 moreThey diagnosed the problem that I told them was the problem. Then the estimate came $309 for 15 minutes of repair to be done and a $23 part needed. $210 just for labor and $90 for part plus delivery of$15. Wow I can replace myself just 2 screws. They got me for $55 just for diagnosis when I told them what the problem was. Never again they should put my part in for the $55 I gave them but that won't happen. Very bad business practice they try to force you to pay for the repair otherwise you pay $55 for nothing.

We have an emergency, and when I called to follow up on the website message I left, they said they do not give free quotes but only make appointments for servicemen who will then provide an estimate. I told them this contradicts what their website is advertising. He said that the website is old and needs updating. I said that is terribly unprofessional to falsely advertise and then hung up.
Description of Work: Requested a free quote (as their website claims they offer) to change thermostat on our 10+ year old refrigerator.
