Nails not pounded down, covering over windows not complete. |Overall the quality of painting was OK and the paint has held up pretty well. | |For the price paid, it was too high for the job performed. Description of Work: Painted exterior of 2 story, 2800 sq ft craftsman house, exterior fence, deck rails, and garage. They did an excellent job prepping, were very patient and accommodating during the color selection process. I felt very comfortable having the workers here, they cleaned up every day and were fairly quiet while working. I spent a lot of time at home working and I was very happy with their work. I will say they did have the highest bid, but they did not cut corners on anything and they always made sure we were happy with the progress and the final outcome. I am happy we used them over the other offers we received and will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They painted my house, trim, and shutters. This was my 2nd time to have Partnership Painting paint my house, I was so pleased with them the first time. They are friendly, competent, neat, (they cleaned up every afternoon when done with that day's painting) responsive, and quick. They have painted many homes in my neighborhood.

Description of Work: We were having our house exterior painted as a part of a larger renovation project. The painter whom our contractor recommended gave us an estimate that was significantly greater than we had anticipated. I called two additional painters for estimates including Scott Penn at Partnership Painting. Scott agreed to come the next day and arrived exactly on time. He listened very closely to my description of the details of the job and walked the property with me. He asked good questions, and I learned a great deal from him about the best way to deal with problems specific to our home. He gave me several good suggestions I had not thought of. Scott then spent more time measuring and making notes on his own. Within just a few days, he called and came by with a detailed written estimate. He answerd additional questions and gave me a timeline for the completion of the project. In the end, my husband and I decided to use our contractor's painter job for the sake of coordination. However, if we had not been working with a contractor, we would definately have gone with Partnership Painters. Their bid was not on the low end, but they are knowledgeable, intelligent, detail oriented, dependable, good listeners, and have great integrity. Often, you get what you pay for. I hope to use them on a future job.
