They were impeccably cleaned. They were very detail oriented and I will have tem come back. They gave a fair price for the work they did.

They had excellent references, but their price was steep so I painted the rooms myself.

In both cases the work was done in a prompt, professional and very satisfactory way. My wife and I have worked in commercial construction for many years and we have found Partnership Painting as good as the best of the commercial painters we have worked with. From to cleanup they are very good.

The whole process went very smoothly. The painters were professional, courteous, prompt and started and finished in a timely manner.

I was satisfied with the service and intend to use them again.

This experience caused me more stress that I ever anticipated. They made promises about finishing certain rooms which they failed to keep, they broke lights, furniture and appliances. I am still finding things that were never put back the way they were found, like re-installing blinds. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy.

I am very pleased with the work and the painters. The first day, the lead painter gave me a paper with the names of the crew working on my house so I knew the people and could refer to them by name. These three painters were here every day all day and were not pulled for other jobs, which provided continuity for the work. They were invariably courteous and industrious - they were on time and worked steadily. Each evening they cleaned up all their equipment and stacked it in a work area so it wasn't strewn around. The painters were thoughtful of the dogs and careful not to leave the gate open. They did not play music loudly. The painting itself looks excellent. The house was power-cleaned, the wood trim was sanded and filled as needed. A primer coat and two enamel coats were applied. Scott Penn checked in a couple of times during the job to ensure everything was moving along correctly and to touch base with me. I am very pleased and plan to contact Partnership again when we have other painting.

Everything worked out fine. They were very working with my schedule. Their work is superior.

When they were first starting out, it was just Gary and the owner. They have reliable workers that arrive on time and get the job done. Their cost is just a little higher then avereage but it's worth it as their prep work is great.

We love working with them. They are clean and do great work. The final product is excellent and the process is also wonderful. We have no complaints!

It went very well. They did everything that they promised and they cleaned up when finished. It's 2 and a half years on and everything looks great. We would use them again.

Before we signed the contract they were very prompt in getting back to us. Once we signed, we had to called them several times before they returned our call and to set a starting date. They removed a trellis which was next to the house (part of the contract), but simply left it in the bushes instead of throwing it away: the clean up was not good. After several months we noticed that a portion of the front wall had not been painted. After several months of trying to get them to fix it we gave up. Six months latered we called them again and this time Scott came out and told us the wall had not be properly prepared, so they sent somene to fix it; unfortunatley, they never completed the job. Within a 1 1/2 years of having the house painted we started noticing that the paint was peeling in several areas. Again we contact them but they never called us back. Finally this year, we tried again and we were told that the 3 year warranty had expired but they would come take a look. Scott did come out and told us that they would fix it, even though the warranty had expired. He gave us a date of when they would come and begin the work. They never came on the date they told us and didn't contact us to let us know what was happening. Finally we contacted them 3 weeks after the schedule date to see what was happening. We never received a reply and then one day after work I noticed Scott and one of his worker showed up unannouned and retouched the areas where the paint was peeling. When I asked why they hadn't contact us to let us know what was happening, he did point out the fact that they were fixing the problem without charge even though our warranty had already expired. I thanked him for fixing the problems, but we had such an unpleasant experience with Partnership Painting that we would never consider using them again.

The prices are competetive and very fair. It was an excellent value for the money we paid. They are extraoridnarily professional. They are very diligent. They clean up each day. It is good attention from the business owner. Depending on what he is doing on a particular day, 2-3 guys come out. The cabinets turned out gorgeous. I have recommended them to a friend of mine. We plan on using them in the future.

It went great! They used their own crew of experienced painters, not just guys they picked up on the street. The same boss came every day to supervise and direct the job and the owner even came by to check on progress. I felt they did neat work and liked their attention to detail and appreciated their pointing out things to me that needed to be fixed prior to their starting work so I did not encounter problems later or after the fact. Many people in the neighborhood have commented on the improvement and I am thrilled with the new look of my home.

They are a very high quality operation. The owners are pleasant and patient. They have several crews working at any one time. They did a great job handling a transition where one room was one color and the next room over was a contrasting color, and I've even gotten compliments on that area. If any small errors in their work are found (an occasional drip or whatever), they will cheerfully touch that up. But errors are rare --- this is a great painter with a steady and large business in the area. I trust them enough that I'd be willing to have them work while I was out of town. Prices are on the high side, probably the main reason I don't have my house painted more often!

I called Partnership needing lots of little things to be done quickly before we put our house up for sale. Scott was able to get me two painters for 4 (non-consecutive) days starting three days after he did an estimate! He did a thorough, detailed estimate and the two painters were pleasant and professional. I decided with Sergio, the lead painter, to not paint a room and instead do some plaster repairs that they found, and they did an even swap instead of charging more. They did fine work quickly and were also conscientious about cleaning their work spaces every day.

An amazing job and the inside looks great. The crew was very professional and cleaned up spotlessly. Scott was very hands on and made sure the job was done right and on-time. Outside, you can't even tell where his crew patched the stucco. The color match is perfect. Overall a great company with the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Scott Penn and his crew were amazing. Scott was on time for our first meeting and the crew was actually early the day of the job! The work is flawless, you can't even tell there was damage or cracks. We had tried matching the texture on our own, but to no avail. Partnership matched the texture, as well as the color perfectly. The initial color was a shade darker, but Scott sent his crew back out (without us calling) to get the color just right! The crew was meticulous and cleaned up everything. They even covered bushes near the wall to prevent any minor splatters. Scott answered any questions I had right away. I would use them again in an instant. Great company.

They did a good job with the paint. My only complaint is I wish they would have cleaned up a little better. I may not have gotten the best price in town but I did get my money's worth. I would recommend them and use their services again.

Scott appeared at our appointment and did a thorough estimate of the job (1 week to complete). The painters arrived at 8am every morning and removed window bars/screens and replaced them at the conclusion of the job. When I noticed that a portion of the job was not completed, they had a person over the next day.

Estimate given by Brad, was to be 3-day job. We went over the job in detail. Brad was very clear in saying that his painters would prepare the surfaces thoroughly and sand down and fill in all areas where needed. Removing the multi-layers of old peeling paint from the porch was a special concern of mine. Brad assured me that it would be properly sanded, smoothed, caulked and painted. He also said that there would always be someone who spoke English in-charge. Sergio and Juan did the work. Sergio, who did speak English was there the 1st two days. I did not accept the "finished job" as surfaces had not been sanded down adequately. The paint was so thick on my front door that I couldn't close it, and several big areas not filled in. Juan came back a 4th and 5th day and ended up doing a lot of work over which he was clearly not happy about. Front door was done 3 times. They broke a sprinkler, which they replaced. Superficially the porch and woodwork look great, close up not so good.

APPOINTMENT TIME CAME, NO SHOW. THEY CALLED LATER, SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THE JOB. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY CALLED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT!

THEY WERE COMPETENT, AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. THE PAINTING JOB WAS SATISFACTORY. THE CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. THEY WERE ON TIME.

ONE THING I REALLY LIKED WAS THAT THEY BRING PORT-A-POTTYS WITH THEM SO THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO USE YOUR BATHROOM. THEY ALSO SEND PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH, SO THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. IT IS ALSO QUALITY WORK.
