+ -1 moreThey always have the best prices on major appliances. The sales people are knowledgeable and give you personalized service. If you have a problem they always have a number for you to call to get it resolved. A major benefit is that their standard delivery and installation is always free.

+ -1 moreWell as I said, everything went great. I setup a delivery date but my refrigerator die 3 days before the delivery. I left placed an urgent call to Pacific Sales the night before the store opened and they did return my call. I explained that my refrigerator was dying and I needed to changed the date of delivery to the next day! They said they needed to do some checking and would return my call. They needed to make sure it was possible to delivery the refrigerator that day. They call back with the time of delivery for that day and I was one and quot;happy camperand quot;. They even offered to remove the old refrigerator but I had already made arrangements to have a recycle pick-up.
Description of Work: I needed a refrigerator fast because mine was almost dead. I had gone to several other appliance stores even a refurbished appliance store two weeks before. I had totally forgotten about Pacific Sales being in Pasadena. While I was doing other shopping I saw them. Pacific Sales was great! The salesperson helped me select a refrigerator that met the unique size for a new refrigerator (small) with a bottom drawer and selves that would accomendate a gallon container. The other great thing is they advised me of the rebates available for the city and the mfg (got the rebates). Pacific Sales was very informative (they had copies of the Consumer Report I had) patient and very helpful. They are very nice people.

+ -1 moreLast year I bought a refrigerator from them that was exactly what I wanted. This year, I bought a dryer from them. I am so confident with these guys that I bought the dryer over the phone without even looking at it. I told them what I wanted and they told me what they got in stock and described it. I asked them to deliver it and they did it the next day.
