Mary is a FABULOUS agent and person. She attended to every detail, maximized our sale (in a VERY tough market) and assisted us through the purchase of our new home in Pasadena. She is articulate, focused, and enthusiastic. She is committed to her clients and knows not just her immediate area, but the surrounding areas as well. We would not hesitate to choose her again. Every aspect of her service was top notch - even after the purchase and sale were completed.

Mary took on the difficult job of leasing our property while it was still in the process of being reparired from extensive water damage. It was further complicated by the fact that we live out of state. She did an excellent and professional job, many times going above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with the confusion of a major work in progress with its inevitable missteps and scheduling issues We would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to others.

I felt very comfortable with Mary from the start. She is very professional and knowledgeable of the housing market, but also made me feel at ease with the whole process. I had owned a house before and knew what I was getting into, but the market was different and it was in a different city. Mary found me a house in Silver Lake and there were 11 offers on the place. I didn't get it first round, but Mary had thought a head (consulting me) and put me as back-up offer. A few weeks past and I received a very exciting phone call from her saying I got the house! This made my day and is still making it. I really felt that Mary was just working for me, but I know she had other clients and was probably making them feel just as satisfied. My contact with Mary didn't stop here, I have called her many times for house and remodel advise and she even took care of a major plumbing issue that occurred the night before I was leaving on an overseas trip. I called her for a plumber's phone number and to let her know what happened and instead she came to the rescue physically. She told me to go on my trip and she would meet the plumber at the house and take care of it while I'm gone. I didn't expect this kind of service she's amazing. I have recommended Mary to 2 other people that have also had positive experiences.

With Mary's help and guidance buying our first home was an amazing process. She explained everything to us in great detail. She helped us make the right offer to get the house. She guided us through the escrow process. She coordinated and managed the inspection and all of the meetings with the sellers, the sellers agent, and various contractors. She always made sure the sellers and their agent were doing what was expected of the them in the time that it was supposed to be done. She always emailed and called us back instantly. We never felt stressed out by the process because she was so on top of everything. We hope to buy another house with her in the near future. Mary is amazing, we highly recommend her!
