I emailed photos and measurements of my cushions and that I wanted the same Sunbrella material. After getting a price nailed down and dropping off the cusions the estimator says that the fabric is not available and that I needed to pick something else. I found it online in about 20 seconds and could buy it for about $22/yd retail. I gave the name and code for the fabrid to the estimator and she came back telling me that she could get it afterall and it was $60/yd. Oh yea, if I were to buy the fabric and bring it to them it would be an extra 20% labor charge. I was never told that the fabric would be an extra charge. Only thing noted as extras was the foam fill if needed. At their prices the 10 cushions would have been about $1500 assuming I only needed a couple of the foams replaced. I think the pricing is ridiculous. I picked up my cushions and will take them elsewhere.

From start to finish a professional, quality job. Mr. Lanzetti was very helpful on the phone, telling me what I needed to do to start the project. After I had selected the fabrics he advised me the correct yardage to buy. His estimate was perfect. Then I dropped off the cushions and the fabric, paid a deposit of 50% and was told it would be about a week. Indeed it was a week. When I saw the finished work I was very impressed. This is old-world craftmanship at its best. Quality and attention to detail was evident in all aspects of their work. This is a family business that values customer service and delivering a quality product. Very nice people to do business with. In the future I will only use this firm for any upholstery project. I can recommend them without any reservation.

I have used them in the past. They are a local company here in Pasadena. They have done quality work for me. They did propose a project for me, but I didn't get it done. It's a family owned business. Mr. Lanzetti is usually the one that comes out and provides the proposal for upholstery. He gives you good advice. He is the owner of the company. He is definitely very responsive and engaging since he follows through regardless of whether he gets the project or not. It was a couple of thousand dollars for the last service. I will definitely hire them again whenever there is a need.
