The consultant Elizabeth that came out was excellent working wit customer and designing and suggesting what particular lights would give you what you want. We did have a problem with one of them and she was not there to check it and we realized after it was put in that it really wasn?t the right one. We ended up calling her and asked her to come back out and see what she though and she ended up changing it for us and fixing it. They were responsive and did a very professional job and we really liked the job they did. We thought that the price was really good considering all the work they did and she gave us a run down of all the different lamps, bulbs and ceiling lights. They worked it out so that it out so that it does what we wanted it to do and they did very fast work and were very clean. It was a hard job, but they did a really nice job. They also had a lighting workshop that we went to, to learn about the different lights. We got something awesome on the price but I don?t remember what it was and thought that the price we paid was fair. We are going to use them again for some fixtures.

They helped with the design process. They came out and did everything in one day, they were as clean as possible. There were a couple problems with some dimmer switches they put in, which they haven't fixed yet. We had a judgment call on a couple lights, so we had a designer come out again to look at it. The major job was complete, fast and accurate with good quality materials. They have free workshops where you can learn a lot about lighting. They give out several discounts on the workshops and the price of materials.

They were very knowledgeable of wiring and they showed a lot of skill. No damage was done and I felt they did good quality work. The whole job was done well including the clean up afterwards.

I love this Lamps Plus center with the always helpful staff, especially Robert. He always is friendly and courteous, and makes special shipping arrangements if that's what the customer needs. This most recent ceiling fan purchase was a special order that Robert kept right on top of. I had Lamps Plus electricians install this fan. It did cost me quite a bit more than Robert had estimated - but he really did not have any way of knowing what wiring existed. I will always go first to Lamps Plus for lighting and ceiling fans, but probably would not use their electricians because their rates are too high.

LAMPS PLUS WAS VERY HELPFUL SHOWING US WHAT WAS AVAILABLE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH DELIVERING OUR MERCHANDISE AND GETTING EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
