Vic went above and beyond. There are not enough words of gratitude to express what a wonderful/amazing job he did. He was at my Mom's house for almost 5 hours diagnosing and repairing her HVAC on 8/21 (well over 100 degrees in the house). Long story short, my Mom had been hospitalized. The HVAC stopped working. My ex-brother-in-law attempted to fix it (without permission) and made the issue even worse (wires dangling, screws missing and etc). Most people would have walked away but we were trying to get our Mom home to start hospice. After figuring out why the unit stopped working (again very difficult as our ex-brother-in-law made a complete mess of the unit), he replaced the motor (after having taking everything apart to find the missing screws to mount the unit), blew out the drain line and topped off the freon, there was finally cool air blowing throughout the house. Because of all of Vic's hard work, we were able to bring our Mom home and she passed in her home (her last wish) with family around her. I highly recommend Vic and Johnny's Air Conditioning!!

Servicemen showed-up on time, and were very clean and professional. Work was performed as requested, and all areas were kept clean. It was somewhat difficult to access the areas where the floor vents were to be relocated because of the very limited crawl space beneath that corner of the house, but they managed to do it, without complaint. Very polite and performed the job well. Wood definitely use them again.

I called several companies to get quotes and Johnny's AC was the best one. I talked to the owner over the phone and he was nice to talk to and was never pushy or tried to sell me anything else. Later on I met him personally to sign the contract for the work and he was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful in finding the best a/c equipment for my needs. The technicians that came to do the job were very punctual, friendly and answered all my questions and explained all the procedures they were doing. The performed the job in a professional manner and with good craftsmanship which I'm always looking for. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Johnny's AC in Pasadena.
