+ -1 moreWe met with Mark from the firm and he reviewed our property and explained, in detail, what they would do and also discussed how the area may have been graded when the homes were built. A detailed proposal was sent to us, with costs and what testing will be done, etc. A retainer fee was paid and Mark came out to take soil samples. He also researched the city's records to determine how the area was excavated, etc. We received a well-written, detailed report that not only described the area our house was built on, but also two solutions that we could choose from to rebuild the portion of the wall that has deteriorated. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the company and it's reps., as well as how easy the process was.
Description of Work: This company was hired to provide a limited geotechnical engineering exploration on our property to determine the best method for replacing a 40 foot linear section of a free standing brick wall.
