Hyperion Solar Energy

One of the owners of Hyperion reached out to me to make things right and I'm happy to report that they've fulfilled their end of the bargain, and all is well.

A few things needed correction, but they were fixed expeditiously

Panel installation went very well and system was up and functioning as promised.

I was incredibly happy with the installation. The initial sales rep was super professional and knowledgeable, and they were patient as I asked them questions, and ask them to compare their product with other vendors I had spoken with. Their pricing was reasonable, and I was incredible impressed with the quality of the panels. Once they were able to install, they got it done in a single day, and there was no damage to the tiles or the fascia. Even the installers were super professional, and they were very proactive in asking if I wanted to remove old cable boxes and satellites (which I did). While waiting for permission to turn on from the utility, they were also super helpful in keeping me in the loop and sending updates about progress in the permitting and activation process. Now that they're in, my sun runs on solar power, and I'm a super proud. They're sleek, clean, and I can't recommend enough how smooth the process was. I recommended them to my coworker, and he also got them installed and we're both super happy with our solar installers. Thanks, Hyperion!

I researched this project for over a year and did my due diligence consistently the solar panel that was the best rated and with the best warranty was Sun Power. Further research lead me to the conclusion that hiring Sun Power Direct was a better way to go than through a third party vendor doing the installation as Sun Power Direct is held to a higher standard. This conclusion brought me to Hyperion Solar Energy. From the first meeting with Codey my sales rep and Jessica in the front office I felt pampered with all the care I received Then on installation day meeting Eddy was icing on the cake. As project manager he knew I was leaving to go on vacation the next day and he did as promised..... he finished the entire installation in one day with two teams on my roof. Any questions ongoing we’re always addressed immediately and promptly by Jessica. If you are looking for the best solar panels with the best warranty and the best team I’d call Codey at Hyperion. I’ve never looked back and have never been happier as they delivered what they promised and what I wanted, to be free of all future electric bills. In my first year of use I not only did not pay an electric bill but I can away with a $300 credit on my bill. SunPower and Hyperion IMHO are the real deal.

Excellent! When the sales man came out and talked me about it he quotes me one plan for a lease and I decided to do a purchase and there was no problem, it went very smoothly and he just made it happen. They're very professional and friendly.

Great experience from day 1. My sales rep was attentive, well versed in the product and stayed with us all the way past the end of the project. Installation was fast, professional and the system has been up and running for over a year now. Sunpower tends to be more expensive per panel, but they outperform nearly every similarly rated system I've compared it to.
