I've used this company for years but just now joined Angie's List. Had to give my favorite plumber a shout out. They recently did super clean, fast and professional work at my home. The crew showed up on time with all necessary tools and supplies to run two new copper irrigation lines to my garden area. They made a suggestion for a better configuration than I had planned, and I was glad I went with it. The invoice was sent via email a few days later and the amount was very fair. It was truly a Hassle-Free experience!!!

Estimate provided a few days after inspection. Work was described, the cost in estimate was lower than others. The time to finish job was estimated at 3-4 days to repipe entire house. He did a repipe job on my street to the satisfaction of the owners, however they were on vacation when it was done. Since we would be home, we did not like to have 3-4 days to finish, then have to arrange our own drywall patch and repair. Also the warranty was less than with competition. We went with another company, 1 day to repipe entire house. We would recommend him to do a good job if you can allow the time.

I am long overdue in rating Hassle Free Plumbing. The services listed above encompass approximately 2 years of services that have never disappointed me. Owner Darren has proven to be simply the best. His prices are beyond reasonable. He has never tried to sell me a service I didn't need nor an upgrade that would only have the same results. A good case in point is my water heater replacement. He kept an eye on the 21 yr. old heater and just had me wait until it died before spending the money for a new! I have recommended Darren to numerous others who are not Angie's List members and am so pleased now to do the same for my fellow Angie's List members.

Called this morning for a minor plumbing issue and there was someone here by 1:00 and the problem was fixed in minutes. The plumber was knowledgeable and able to show me what he fixed and he provided me with valuable information regarding questions I had with other things in the house. Will use these guys again and recommend them to my friends.

My dad referred Darrin after a great experience using him in La Canada on his home. I had a great experience with him. Creative and efficient in his approach, great value for the money. Labor rate is less than other plumber, but more importantly he made great use of his hour. When I added a task (fixing the drain on the 1930's sink) he was happy to take it on, and kept his charge to one hour for all the tasks, both scheduled and unscheduled.

I have used his company numerous times before and cannot say enough good things about this company. He is always prompt and leaves the work areas clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. I appreciate the honesty and the overall good work. The pricing is reasonable and it is good to feel that you are dealing with someone who would rather have your repeat business than to overcharge on one call.
